This was a great but cold day! We went crabbing on John's new boat. What a hoot! The only negative was the temperature. I don't think my core temp has been that low, including during ski season. It was fun though.
We went out around 9AM when the tide starting to come in and came back in around 1:30 PM. There were over 20 dungeoness crabs in the ice chest.

Can hardly wait for dinner..
This is how the crabs are measured. They
must be 5 3/4 inches across the shell and
only males may be kept..

John and his best friend, Ching Ida.
Ozel's sister and her family came up from Bandon, OR to join us for a Crabfest. We had a great time but I feel badly that I didn't get any photos. I guess I got carried away preparing the sides for the dinner...or...impatient to "dig in".
